DUGGIE FIELDS

"By the early 1970’s I found myself sharing a flat with founder of Pink Floyd, Syd Barrett - the home/studio I’ve occupied on my own ever since. A 1960’s conversion of an Edwardian Mansion flat, there are piles of paintings stacked as well as displayed on walls. Through the years here I’ve walked miles to wash a paintbrush, the sink being in the kitchen at the furthest point away from my studio... It’s a space that reflects taste and time. I can’t think of any reason I’d want to leave."
